Running back King Frazier racked up 128 yards rushing and two touchdowns to help lead the North Dakota State Bison to a 27-3 victory over Missouri State Saturday afternoon (10/8).

Missouri State actually got on the scoreboard first, when kicker Zach Drake hit a 50-yard field goal in the first quarter to give the Bears a 3-0 lead. Unfortunately, that would also be the last time they'd make it on the scoreboard.

Bison kicker Cam Pedersen hit his first field goal halfway through the second quarter to tie the game up at three points a piece.

Just a few minutes later, quarterback Easton Stick found wide receiver Darrius Shepherd for a 21-yard touchdown pass to give the Bison a 10-3 lead. Pedersen added a second field goal before the end of the half, giving the Bison a 13-3 lead heading into halftime.

Though neither team scored in the third quarter, Frazier ran for two touchdowns in the fourth, extending NDSU's lead to 27-3, which would eventually be the game's final score.

Stick ended the game with 159 yards passing and one touchdown. As mentioned previously, Frazier had 126 yards rushing and two fourth quarter touchdowns.

Next up for the Bison, it's a matchup with South Dakota State in Fargo next Saturday, October 15th. Kickoff is at 2:30 p.m.
