Knife-Wielder Fails in Attempted Bismarck Holdup
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — Bismarck police are searching for a man who unsuccessfully tried to rob a convenience store.
Authorities say a man who appeared drunk entered a Loaf 'N Jug store about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, brandished a knife and demanded money.
The clerk refused that demand and a second demand for cigarettes, and the man fled empty-handed.
