BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — The mayor of Leith says he's not worried a documentary of the town's struggle with a white supremacist might impact his November trial on a misdemeanor charge.

Mayor Ryan Schock is charged with failing to control or report a dangerous fire. It stems from city efforts to get rid of condemned buildings after white supremacist Craig Cobb left following his failed attempt to take over the tiny town.

An award-winning documentary of the struggle by New York filmmakers Michael Nichols and Christopher Walker includes footage of Schock and others doing the burning. The film showed in theaters in Bismarck and Mott last weekend and is scheduled for more showings in Bismarck and Hebron.

Schock says he doesn't think the footage might influence potential jurors, either for or against him.
