McGraw’s Slap Victim Hires a Personal Attorney for Lawsuit

Seems like the lady that Tim McGraw allegedly slapped at a recent concert has hired a personal injury lawyer seeking damages.

According to Music Time News,

 Georgia personal injury attorney Eric Hertz, told TMZ McGraw's got it all wrong. Hertz says his client was not trying to grab McGraw's junk when he slapped her. 

Instead, Hertz says Taylor was nothing more than an enthusiastic fan who was part of the show's "interactive environment," and merely wanted a touch. 

Taylor is upset with McGraw's behavior since the incident and doesn't appreciate his claims that she was aggressive and trying to rip his jeans, according to Hertz. He also says she feels humiliated that she was thrown out of the concert, and wants an apology for starters. 

Tim Mcgraw has not apologized but in a recent interview he said Miss Taylor should "get over it".
