Merle Haggard Hospitalized and Cancels a String of Concerts

Country Music Icon Merle Haggard has been hospitalized and was forced to cancel a string of concerts this week into the weekend.

The 78 year old singer canceled shows in Palm Desert and Riverside California plus in Wendover, NV. If his treatment goes as planned, he is scheduled to perform in Las Vegas, Beverly Hills and Lemore, California next week.

Haggard was admitted into a California hospital battling pneumonia.
