Mild in Bismarck, Snow to the East and South East

While the Northeast is digging out of a blizzard, and winter storm watches are posted to the South and Southeast of Bismarck-Mandan, (including Fargo) our area will enjoy a mild weekend in Bismarck-Mandan. Good for us, bad for them!
