WINONA, Minn. (AP) — Winona police have arrested a man following an eight-hour standoff at an apartment building.

Authorities say officers were called to the apartment about 4 p.m. Thursday on a report of a man making threats with a gun.

KTTC-TV reports tactical officers finally rushed into the apartment with a flash bang device shortly after midnight Friday.

Police say the man is in custody and no one was hurt.
