Minot Water Balloon Battle Leads To Charges

MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A water balloon fight has landed three Minot high school students in hot water. An 18-year-old boy and two 17-year-old boys were charged with misdemeanor disorderly conduct after the water balloon fight last week in the lunch room at Magic City Campus.

Supporters of the boys have set up an online petition asking for the charges to be dropped.
