This is not the first time for North Dakota Tax Commissioner Ryan Rauschenberger, who was arrested by the North Dakota Highway Patrol for drunk driving.

The 34-year old Rauschenberger made his arrest public when he called a local news organization to report his arrest on September 30th when he was arrested by the State Patrol in Mandan on Sept. 30. According to reports, his blood alcohol more then double the state legal limit.

The case is still under investigation according to KFYR-TV.

Rauschenberger was involved in DUI incident in 2014 during a successful run to be elected to the post North Dakota Tax Commissioner.

The Tax Commissioner is once again stating he is getting help for his condition.
