Nerds Feel Welcome In NoDak According to a New Poll

North Dakota is nerdy! Well, maybe it's best to say that North Dakota is one of the states that nerds should feel right at home and feel welcomed.

Here we go again! It's another poll and WHY do we need to know this information? I don't know but at the very least, it's interesting. Here are the facts according to Estately.com. They crunched numbers from each state using Facebook to determine the percentage of users who listed 12 criteria's as interests including Star Wars, Star Trek, Harry Potter, Anime Movies Dungeons & Dragons and Doctor Who to name a few. Then, the website crunched the numbers  to come up with a ranking that represents the state’s overall rank per capita from the 12 subjects to list the NERDIEST STATES in the US.

If you're a nerd, you'll feel right at home in the states of  Utah, Alaska, Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming as those are the top 5 nerdiest states. Nerds, beware of Wash DC, Mississippi, New Jersey and Alabama as those states represent the least nerdiest states and Trekies may not enjoy the quality of NERD life in those states.

Here in North Dakota, We have open arms for the Duns and Drag nerds as we're at 15 and that is considered nerd friendly and have many nerds that live in the Peace Garden State and we just squeaked from being classified as NERD HEAVEN!  There's always next year! Live LONG and PROSPEROUS!
