New Non Stop Flights Coming Soon to Bismarck- to Chicago and DFW

It's a sure sign of growth for the area! The Bismarck Airport has announced that the city applied and received a  $500,000 grant from the FAA. The next step is for the city to match the amount from the private sector in the area for a minimum revenue guarantee to attract an airline for possible non stop routes to Chicago and Dallas - Dallas/Fort Worth.

So far the city has raised about $250,000 of the amounted needed. Reports indicate that the new service routes may begin early next year.
