FARGO, N.D. (AP) — Fargo is hosting a Pride of Dakota Holiday Showcase this weekend.

North Dakota Agriculture Commissioner Doug Goehring says more than 125 companies are expected to have booths at Scheels Arena Friday through Sunday. They'll be displaying everything from clothing to sporting goods.

Admission is $2 per adult, and shoppers will get a free reusable bag. Shoppers who bring their own reusable bag and members of the military get in for $1.

Retailers also can get $1 off admission by showing their sales tax license at the door. Goehring says it's an opportunity for retailers to try products from North Dakota businesses and establish wholesale orders.

More than 500 companies are members of the Agriculture Department's Pride of Dakota branding program.
