The news came in and it's not the news that we are hoping for. After months of anticipation, working with the promoter and even arranging for an announcement date, plus 1033 US COUNTRY already had the actual concert date and on sale date for tickets. It has been confirmed, because of scheduling conflicts, the Burn It Down, Jason Aldean tour with FGL will not be making a stop in Bismarck in October as originally planned.

There are many moving parts that go into such a huge and popular tour as this. 1033 US COUNTRY first received word of the concert before the end of 2013. Once we confirmed the date, we made the announcement of the show coming to Bismarck. With events such as this, normally the venue, in this case The Bismarck Civic Center can not confirm of deny the date or the show. They too are under contractual obligations to only work with the promoter's plan of action to release the concert information.

To confirm the show, the promoter of the tour, Live Nation contacted 1033 US COUNTRY on announcing the on sale date and the date of the show.

From the  information we received, there was not an actual contract signed with the Civic Center for the show as late as last week. Jason Aldean will be on tour for most of the year and will be performing at many of the outdoor festivals, and will have FGL as opening acts and will  have Miranda Lambert on a few of the concert stops.

The complete Burn It Down Tour will make stops close to Bismarck, but as of publishing of this story, no official stop in North Dakota in 2014.
