WAHPETON, N.D. (AP) — Officials searching for a student missing from the North Dakota State College of Science in Wahpeton are focusing on an area south of the city.

Authorities are acting on a tip from a motorist who says he saw a young man walking on a road near Tyler, a town 8 miles south of Wahpeton.

Twenty-year-old Andrew Sadek, of Rogers, hasn't been seen since last Thursday.

His parents traveled to Wahpeton on Monday. John and Tammy Sadek say there are no clues as to what might have happened to their son.

Sadek is 6 feet tall and 175 pounds, with curly brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, orange-and-black Nike tennis shoes and a hooded black-and-red sweatshirt with the word "football" on the front.
