According to Inforum, a second NDSU player has entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal. Terrell Hall from Winona, Minnesota redshirted his first year and only played in one game against Western Illinois and recorded one tackle. The NCAA has a four game rule that a player can play four games without losing their redshirt.

This comes in the same week that Jabril Cox put in his transfer. Jabril Cox had over 45 FBS schools interested in him. If Hall transfers to another division I school, he would have to sit out for the whole season and would lose eligibility. He wouldn't be able to play until 2021 and would have three years of eligibility left. If Terrell Hall moved down he would be able to play right away.

Terrell Hall was in line for a starting cornerback position challenging Destin Talbert for Marquise Bridges' position who finished his last year of eligibility. Josh Hayes will be returning as the other starting corner.
