State Penitentiary in Bismarck is on Lockdown

After an altercation between two inmates, The State Penitentiary in Bismarck  is on lockdown.

An altercation between the two inmates took place about 12:30 p.m., and for security reasons, the jail in on lockdown until further notice.

The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation released a press release and said the incident is under investigation.
