In a ruling that came down Thursday morning, the US Supreme Court rules in favor of tax subsides for the Affordable Health Care Act or know to some as Obama Care.

The ruling was 6-3 in favor, and did not restrict the subsidies to states that establish their own online healthcare exchanges. This is the second time in 3 years the high court ruled against the challenges by conservative to repeal the law.

The ruling means the subsidies will be available for most states that use the exchange run by the feds.
