WASHINGTON (AP) — A divided House of Representatives is moving forward on a bill to address the immigration crisis on the southern border after GOP leaders made concessions to win conservative support.
A bill was introduced yesterday for the construction of a new governor's residence. Even the Governor said it was not necessary for a new facility. The current residence was built in 1960 for a total cost of $201,000 and has over 10,000 square feet including garage and basement.
