The Shortest Red Light in Bismarck is…

The turn signal in either direction is never green long enough for more than 1.5 cars to legally turn with the arrow. The intersection that I am most aggravated with is at Washington and Bismarck Expressway. The turn signal needs to be longer so more than one car can legally turn!
