Victim of Fatal Hit and Run in North Dakota Identified
DRAKE, N.D. (AP) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified a Texan man who was struck and killed on U.S. Highway 52 near Drake.
Authorities are still looking for the driver of a semitrailer who is alleged to have hit 51-year-old Carlos Price, of Houston.
The patrol says Price was walking along the highway about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday after the vehicle he and a woman were in went off the road and became submerged in water. The woman was not injured.
The patrol says the semi left the scene after hitting Price.
