MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A Ward County prosecutor is accused of drunken driving.

Deputy State's Attorney Kelly Dillon was arrested Saturday night after police say she crashed her car into a parked vehicle and her blood-alcohol level tested more than double the legal limit for driving.

No one was hurt in the crash.

Dillon did not immediately respond to an Associated Press request for comment on Thursday.

State's Attorney Roza Larson told the Minot Daily News that Dillon remains on the job while the matter is reviewed. Dillon is due in municipal court on April 1.
