WIND ADVISORY As a Low Pressure System Moves Across the Region
WIND ADVISORY is in effect as a low pressure system moves across the region. There is not a shortage of very violent weather across the nation and at the printing of this story, the Denver area is expecting up to 4 inches of snow. Needless to say, this is a wild spring for the nation.
Locally, a WIND ADVISORY is in effect for the area from 9 AM Monday until 7 PM. While this low pressure system moves across the region, winds can whip up to 45 MPH for most of the day Monday. The high winds can cause travel difficult for high profile vehicles especially in open areas such as the interstate.
