"You met her at a funeral?", said Owen Wilson to Will Ferrell in the 2005 Wedding Crashers.  Well, a woman from Barnesville,  Minnesota decided to "crash" her ex-boyfriends funeral on Saturday (literally).  "Meatloaf, mom bring us some meatloaf."

I know I've personally crashed a few weddings in my day, with far less success than Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson in one of my all time favorite movies.  However, I wouldn't dream of crashin' a funeral.  That's just messed up.

According to an article on Valley News Live in Fargo, 28-year-old Blair Rebecca Whitten, of Barnesville, Minn., is charged with one misdemeanor count of reckless endangerment.  Police and witnesses say Miss Whitten decided to attend her ex boyfriends funeral at a Fargo cemetery, and allegedly tried to run over people and drive over gravesites.  Riverside Cemetery is located in the 2100 block of 5th street south.

According to court reports, Blair Rebecca Whitten tells a different story.  She was in the parking lot preparing to attend her ex-boyfriends funeral, when several people came up to her to confront her.  Whitten felt threatened and feared they may hurt her, so she drove off very carefully in order not to disturb anything, according to court documents.

Reports from people at the funeral, say they were scared for their life.  Kind of ironic right?  Even the father of the deceased stated he saw Whitten drive 50 mph across the grass of the cemetery, and was "scared as hell" by her attending.  The father also stated she was not wanted at the service.

Here's Miss Whitten's mug shot.  Looks like love is messy even after death.
