Anytime Fitness and Hunter Roll continues the Drill and this week, he focuses on your shoulders and chest.

 

Hunter will use the cables  for an excereise called the trap work out. This exercise can be a bit sketchy so you'll have to pay close attention to using the correct method to help build your shoulders and chest.
